Communist Delivery Lead wants to control the means of digital production

Mark Karlson believes he and his team are really running the digital agency.

ADELAIDE – The CEO of the Bourgeoisie Digital Agency took a gamble on new hire Mark Karlson after he impressed in the interview, despite wearing shades of brown and green and beret with a star pinned to it.

Now, three months in Mr. Karlson has proven to be an excellent fit. His “collective” notes he’s an efficient worker, often helping his teammates when they are struggling hitting deadlines. He also brings in snacks such as Tim Tams to share amongst what he calls his “prolies”.

However, as courteous and helpful Mr. Karlson is to his contemporaries the same cannot be said for its leadership team. There’s often snide remarks aimed at the CEO and CMO with challenges that the Bourgeoisie Digital Agency doesn’t have to take on another client at the expense of the team’s wellbeing as they are at capacity.

With EOFY campaigns ramping up Mr. Karslon is a busy Delivery Lead, with lots of overtime to get a few items over the line in the next week. His methods and processes are solid, with a steady flow of productivity. However it’s been noted that Mr. Karlson has been using his own laptop to perform his tasks and there has been rumours about him overthrowing the leadership team, which made CEO Mr. Zuckerbezos nervous.
