BRISBANE – Division Lead and office bigot Stu Higgins took a moment from complaining about immigrants and women in leadership to mourning the death of his beloved counter culture office hero Dilbert’s creator Scott Adams.

“When I first saw the rudely animated character and his canine sidekick Dogbert I didn’t think much, but then I found myself enjoying Dilbert’s mundane take on office satire. What sort of a lowbrow person finds likes that? But then the Scamdemic hit and with time on my hands I went down a Scott Adams rabbit hole on Twitter and really agreed with his personal views. It was like looking into a mirror.”

In a feat of defiance straight out of a tedious Dilbert comic strip Mr. Higgins applied for Bereavement Leave to grieve his hero for the remainder of the week. At the time of writing not a single colleague has asked where he is or when he’ll be back.

Scott Adams was 68.
